Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until it is cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

2. In a slow cooker, add the cooked ground beef, tomatoes, beans, onion, garlic, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, or until the chili is heated through and the vegetables are tender.

4. Serve the chili with your favorite toppings such as cheese, sour cream, diced onions, diced tomatoes, and/or jalapeƱos.
