Ham Bone Soup

Ingredients:


1 ham bone
4 cups of water
2 carrots, diced
1 onion, diced
2 potatoes, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


1. Place the ham bone and water in the Instant Pot.
2. Lock the lid in place and set the valve to sealing.
3. Select the soup setting and set the timer for 25 minutes.
4. Once the timer is done, allow the pressure to release naturally.
5. Carefully remove the lid and remove the ham bone.
6. Add the carrots, onion, potatoes, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
7. Lock the lid in place and set the valve to sealing.
8. Select the manual setting and set the timer for 5 minutes.
9. Once the timer is done, allow the pressure to release naturally.
10. Carefully remove the lid and season with salt and pepper to taste.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!
