Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of gizzards
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of cooked rice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Start by washing the gizzards and cutting them into small pieces.
2. Place the gizzards in the Instant Pot and pour in the chicken broth.
3. Add the onion, garlic, bay leaf, olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode. Cook for 25 minutes.
5. When the cooking time is up, carefully release the steam and open the lid.
6. Serve the gizzards with cooked rice and enjoy!
