Easy Instant Pot Chili



Description: This chili is a quick and easy meal that can be customized to your taste. It’s packed full of flavor and can be served as a main dish or as a side.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Turn your Instant Pot to the “Sauté” setting and heat the ground beef and onions for about 5 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink.
2. Add the black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to the “Sealed” position.
4. Turn the Instant Pot to the “Manual” setting and set the timer for 20 minutes.
5. Once the timer is done, turn off the Instant Pot and allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
6. Once the pressure has released, carefully open the lid and stir the chili.
7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
