Instructions

2. Add the onion, peppers, carrots, and garlic to the skillet and cook until they are just tender, about 5 minutes. Add the vegetables to the Crock Pot with the ham.

3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to the Crock Pot. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

4. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours or on high heat for 2-3 hours. Stir the chili occasionally.
