Instructions
1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Once the beef is cooked through, drain off the fat and add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until the vegetables are softened.
2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
