Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the chuck roast and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add the thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Secure the lid on the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
