Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 1 (1-ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until the beef is cooked through and the onion and garlic are soft. Drain off any excess fat.
2. In the bottom of a slow cooker, combine the beef broth, soup mix, mushrooms, and cooked beef mixture. Stir to combine.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours.
4. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
