Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

2.Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned on all sides.

3.Add the chili sauce and grape jelly to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.

4.Once the pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Serve the meatballs with rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles, as desired.
