Instructions

3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and make sure everything is evenly distributed.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

5. About 30 minutes before the end of cooking time, add the pasta to the crock pot and stir to combine.

6. Cover and cook until the pasta is tender, about 30 minutes.

7. Serve the ground beef pasta over rice or noodles.

Equipment

For this recipe you will need a large skillet and a crock pot. A 4-quart crock pot is recommended.

Notes

This is a great recipe for meal prepping. You can make a big batch and divide it into individual portions to be frozen and eaten later. To reheat, simply defrost in the refrigerator overnight and then reheat in the microwave.
