Ingredients

Instructions

1. Turn on your Instant Pot and select the “Saute” setting. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the flour and stir until combined. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the beef broth and stir until combined.

3. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to “Sealing”. Select the “Manual” setting and adjust the time to 10 minutes.

4. When the timer goes off, release the pressure manually. Open the lid and stir in the sour cream. Add the egg noodles and stir until combined. Secure the lid and select the “Keep Warm” setting for 5 minutes.

5. When the timer goes off, open the lid and stir. Serve the Hamburger Beef Stroganoff over egg noodles.
