Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

1. Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the ground beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and thyme. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.

2. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the pot and stir to combine. Add the flour and stir until fully incorporated. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the “sealing” position.

3. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Once the time is up, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Add the sour cream and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings, if desired.

4. Serve over egg noodles and enjoy!
