Ingredients


-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 cup wild rice
-2 carrots, chopped
-2 celery stalks, chopped

-2 cloves garlic, minced
-4 cups chicken broth
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions


1. Place the chicken, wild rice, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and chicken broth in the crock pot. Stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Remove the chicken and shred. Return the chicken to the crock pot.
4. Stir in the cream, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
