Instructions
Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook until the beef is browned. Drain the fat and season with salt and pepper. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and sugar. Stir to combine.
Add the spaghetti pieces to the pot and press them down into the liquid. Put the lid on the pot and lock it into place. Turn the vent to the sealing position.
Set the Instant Pot to the manual setting and set the timer for 8 minutes. When the timer is up, do a quick release of the pressure. When the pressure is released, open the lid and stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
