3. After the steak has finished marinating, place it in the crock pot. Pour the marinade into the crock pot and add 1/4 cup of water. Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.

4. After the steak is cooked, remove it from the crock pot and place it on a cutting board. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cold water. Pour the mixture into the crock pot and stir. Place the lid back on the crock pot and cook on high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
