Ingredients


2 pounds of goat meat, cubed
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 cups of beef broth
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


1. Place the cubed goat meat in the crock pot.
2. Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir everything together until combined.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
