Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

1. Start by placing the trivet in the bottom of your Instant Pot. You can also use a steamer basket, if you have it.

2. Next, place your eggs on the trivet.

3. Pour the cold water and the salt into the Instant Pot.

4. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure it’s set to the “Sealing” position.

5. Set the Instant Pot to the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” setting and set the cook time to 5 minutes.

6. When the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before manually releasing the remaining pressure.

7. Carefully remove the eggs from the Instant Pot and place them in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.

8. Let the eggs cool before peeling them.
