Ingredients

- 1 can (4 oz) tomato sauce

- Optional: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
2. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
3. Add the drained and rinsed beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Stir occasionally.
5. Serve the chili warm topped with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, cheese, cilantro, jalapenos, or avocados.
